Let us answer your questions.
Q. How do I get a visa to come to Thailand? And can you help me with that?
We provide advice on this. Many countries have a visa on arrival. We can help you extend your visa if you decide to stay longer than 90 days.
Q. What kind of food and medications can I expect to be consuming during the program?
Each client will receive a full medication evaluation. If medications are needed, a licensed medical doctor is available to prescribe medications. Our food is catered by healthbox but we also have two highly skilled cooks who can prepare a variety of Western and Thai dishes.
Q. Do you follow the Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) or Narcotics Anonymous (NA) 12-step program?
We introduce it as well as other options, such as Smart Recovery. We want to provide a menu of options. NA/AA can be very effective, but it’s not for everyone. We don’t believe it is helpful to force something on someone if they are absolutely opposed to it

Q. How many patients can you accommodate at any given time?
Our facilities can accommodate up to 8 patients. This allows for our practitioners to focus on each individual’s needs and their tailored recovery program.
Q. What is your success rate? Can you guarantee recovery?
Presently at a three month follow up, over 90% of our clients remained drug and alcohol free. We can guarantee that you won’t use while you are with us, but once you leave, you must take personal responsibility and apply what you have learned while staying with us. If you apply what you learn with us, you will remain abstinent from drugs and alcohol.
We can provide aftercare in the form of Skype counseling sessions for the first month at no additional cost. If there is a relapse within the first month, you can return to treatment and receive a 30% discount.
Q. What if I have no recovered in the estimated time frame and need to return home?
The program is an estimated one month in length. You are free to leave whenever you’d like, although we encourage you to complete treatment. Partial refunds will be offered within the first week.

Q. Do you offer any activities outside of the rehab process?
We believe that enjoying your surroundings and partaking in the local culture and sights are part and parcel of your recovery. We do excursions every weekend. These include fishing trips, visits to local markets, guided tours and much more.
